My name is Tim Gilchrist. Greenleaf is my mother's maiden name. Everyone asks about the name.
For 20 years I ran the Farmington Country Club. When I hit 40 years of age, I decided it was time to work for myself, and Greenleaf's was born.
We are not pizza, but we like it. We are not vegetarian, but are vegetarian friendly.
